What do you love most about your job?
I love the fact that we start with unique and individual successful businesses and we help them flourish as multi-site franchise networks. To see a client grow from often a small business perhaps turning over less than £100,000 per year to a multi million pound enterprise really makes the job worthwhile.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The freedom to plan my own day, work my hours around the lifestyle that I choose and build financial security along the way.
Why should our clients choose you?
Plus Franchise Group really to assist clients with their entire journey. All too often consultants focus on what I call 'The Shiny Stuff' ie the documents and leave the client themselves to do the hard work of finding franchisees. Our role focuses way beyond the documentation and as a result we have worked for some of our clients for many years.
We deliver genuine bespoke documents, not recycled templates. Every client is unique and every project needs its own individual footprint.

Yes, COVID created a world where video interaction using Zoom or Teams became the new normal. Face to face contact is obviously a great way to build a client/consultant relationship, but for expediency many clients prefer to work with us remotely.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
During COVID, by necessity we pivoted our business towards video interaction with clients. Where required we still meet with clients via Zoom or Teams.
