Had my new Home EV Charger installed by both Arshad and Josh. Both were fantastic and the quality of work was excellent, very helpful and gave a thorough explanation on how the charger works and pairs with the app.
Weather was not on their side today with it being torrential rain but the guys did a fantastic job and I'm really happy with their work.

Superb Installion!
Usually engineers who do these types of jobs, are always trying to rush off and leave all the small details behind… however Lewis from Plug Me In went through all the small details and tidied up all the wiring, which someone else wouldn’t even dream of doing it.
In this case I would like to give the maximum stars, even contacted the DNO on my behalf which I am grateful for as I wouldn’t have had a clue. Highly recommend Plug Me In, thank you.

Excellent service! Mike from plug me in did a really professional job reinstalling my Indra charger which I was having moved from my previous address. What should have been a straightforward job turned very complicated as the previous wiring had become old and needed replacing. Mike explained everything to me and waited whilst an engineer from National grid attended to make the wiring safe, then completed the job tidily and thoroughly. Joe arrived on time, done all his checks before advising where the cables would run and where the box would be located. He kept us updated on where he was at throughout his time with us. He was very clean and tidy and the cables run are very neat. He then took us through how to use the charger and the app before he left. He was very knowledgeable and a credit to the company.
