Amazing experience from start to finish with these lovely guys! From the communication when booking to our perfect wedding day! Alan and Dave our drivers were fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure our day was perfect, especially going out of there way when my maid of honour surprised me by taking me to my nans grave. I was originally going to use my own car as a wedding car to save money, until I met and spoke to Paul at the wedding show at the Aquarius Ballroom Hednesford, thats when i realised I couldn't have had my wedding without one of his cars. I asked him about prices (still wanting an affordable car) I decided to go with the beautiful Bentley, as I also knew my husband would love it and the cherry on top... Paul would be the driver 😊The journey from home to the ceremony with my mom was relaxing and comfortable. When picking up myself and my husband to go to the reception, he waited patiently while we were just finishing having photos taken, he made the ride there cosy and peaceful, while holding nice conversation throughout. They thought of everything, such as avoiding roadworks, better routes, and knew exactly when and where to pick up and drop off. Not only do they have beautiful, pristine, perfect cars for your big day, but their service is exceptional. Fantastic communication received throughout. Tremendous service from Platinum Wedding Cars !! From our first meeting with Paul at a wedding fayre he was very friendly and extremely professional. The communication from day one was outstanding. Closer to the big date we received a phone call explaining the timings, the routes, and arrangements for the journey to the church and onwards to the reception venue.This was immediately followed up by a confirmation email. We booked Platinum Cars back in 2021for our wedding day on the 14th april 2023, and from the very start, Paul was absolutely wonderful! So helpful and thorough as he organised our timings for the day etc. On our wedding day everything was perfect! Our car, the Austin Princess was absolutely pristine! I cannot recommend Platinum Wedding Cars enough! Cars were not very high on our priority list and were one of the last things we booked but I am so glad I found this company as it made such a wonderful difference. From my first enquiry, I was contacted almost immediately by Paul and we arranged to go and view the cars. He was very flexible, friendly and most importantly, incredibly knowledgeable. I have 2 dads and wanted them both to be in the car with me and Paul was incredible helping me decide which car would be more suitable to allow space for us all and my dress. Communication was brilliant, we were kept up to date with everything, they did a trial run to ensure they knew the route, where places were etc. Timing was impeccable, car was so comfy and we were really looked after. Our driver on the day (Dave I think his name was) was so lovely and got us around safely. I did not worry once about if they would turn up on time or anything else car related! 27/12/22 The most professional, personal and thoughtful service throughout, which made our day even more special. Paul was just simply fantastic! From the minute I got in touch I received nothing but top class customer service. I had regular communication with a detailed itinerary which defiantly put my mind at ease for our special day. When the car pulled up it was even more stunning than I remembered, absolutely pristine inside and out. John, our driver, was so calm, so friendly and so accommodating on the day and couldn’t do enough to help. A friend recommended Platinum Cars to my husband and I, after she had used them for her own wedding several years ago informing us of what amazing service she had received and what excellent condition the cars were in. I contacted Paul shortly after to check availability and discuss the packages they had to offer. The customer service received was excellent. Paul was very kind, recommended several wedding fayres to me and asked if there was anything else he could do to support myself and at the time, my husband to be. The communication was amazing and Paul even liaised with our photographer to ensure that enough time was given for our photos on the day of the wedding. The prices for the cars were very reasonable especially as the cars were in such pristine condition.
