He broke almost everything he touched and sealed it with tape so I couldn’t noticed. I have various pictures to prove. He broke my son’s cot, messed the closet up, spoilt my new wall paint, messed with the tv bracket. We tried to talk to him but he was just urging with us. Thank you for this review, I want to clarify the situation. The initial price quoted over the phone was an approximation based on the details provided. When I arrived at the location, the client requested additional assembly beyond what was originally discussed. I explained that extra work would require additional payment, and the client agreed before I proceeded. Regarding the damage claims, at no point did I intentionally damage anything. The baby cot was of very poor quality, and the screws provided by the manufacturer were unsafe. I reinforced it with an extra drill hole for the child’s safety, which slightly cracked the wood. I informed the client that I could fix it free of charge. Since I finished the job late at night, I forgot to mention this before leaving, but when the client later contacted me, I happily offered to fix it. As for the TV bracket, it was installed exactly as requested, and no new paint was damaged. Drilling holes to mount a TV is standard and cannot be done without making holes in the wall. Before I left, the client checked the work and was happy with it. This review does not reflect the quality of my work but rather frustration over the final price being higher than expected due to the additional tasks requested. Additionally, the job was not fully completed because some items had not yet been delivered, and the client never contacted me to finish it. I always treated all my clients with respect and care, and safety is my top priority and I highly demand these back for my services , also if one client is unhappy with my service these needs to be mentioned upfront and if any damages needs to be mentioned on there not days after. I was reluctant at first to hire Giani because he had no review but his price was most reasonable and so decided to give him a try. I hired him for pressure washing of my deck and patio, and I am beyond impressed with the results.
