What do you love most about your job?
I love my job because it allows me to work on diverse projects and be part of the construction process. There's a real sense of teamwork as we collaborate with other trades, and I enjoy the challenge of creating safe and efficient structures that support the workers above. Seeing a project come together and knowing that I played a crucial role in making it happen is incredibly rewarding. Plus, I appreciate the physical aspect of the job and the opportunity to be outdoors. It keeps me engaged and constantly learning!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I’ve always had a passion for what I do, and I wanted the freedom to bring my ideas to life. Opening my own business felt like the perfect way to combine my skills with my vision. Plus, I love the idea of creating something from scratch and making a positive impact in my community. It’s definitely a challenge, but it’s so rewarding!
