I had seen Plan It on Facebook with lots of great comments regarding them. I saw they were local and thought I would give them a call. They were so professional but made me feel very at ease. They were clear in explaining everything and were competitive with their costs. Nothing was too much trouble. Plans were passed without problems. Frazer and the team helped us plan our rear extension porch showing us options that we hadn't previously thought of. The team were knowledgeable and experienced and very patient with us whilst we finalised what we wanted to put in for the Bromley planning application. The initial fee was clearly laid out and really good value compared to others offering similar services. We had a mix of on site and Zoom meetings which worked really well for us. The team got our plans approved, supported with the building control team appointment and were available for questions and queries during the build phase. Absolutely everything about the experience I have had with Plan It has been exceptional. Having attempted to submit a planning application I realised when it was returned as invalid by the council that professional help was needed. There was a short window for re submitting the amendments and Frazer and Harry arrived promptly got to work and reassured me that they would meet the deadline. I love the variety, Plan It has been fortunate enough to help over 1000 home owners design their dream homes. Every customer has their own specific project requirements, we pride ourselves on offering a personable approach to projects, being a family run business.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Contacting Architectural Designers or Structural Engineers for a relatively small home extension was tricky! They all wanted huge fees and it felt a bit 'heavy'. Plan It strives to make the design process accessible and easy to navigate for our customers, keeping them in control at all times.
Why should our clients choose you?
Plan It is a turn key service, most Architecture companies just offer the architecture side of the project. At Plan It we offer the structural engineering, party wall surveying and will manage all correspondence between the local Planning department and building control. We will even price your project and introduce you to reputable builders making the process enjoyable.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
Yes, if you'd prefer to work remotely we're fully set up to have design calls online with you. We also offer an in-person service.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
If customers prefer, we can wear masks and gloves during our visit. We also ask that the customers aren't in the room that we're surveying whilst our 3D laser scanner is working, this creates a safe separation distance during our visit.

Measured survey, drainage location survey, existing drawings, architectural/planning drawings, planning support, structural engineering, building regulations drawings and introductions to trustworthy builders.
On-Site Consultations
Following a free telephone/video call to assess your project, we'll be happy to visit the property and meet you in person to help you with your decision.
Virtual Design Meetings
If you're short on time and would prefer us to conduct your design meetings via video call using screenshare, we're happy to offer this.
In-Person Design Meetings
If face-to-face is more your style, we love in-person design meetings too. Let us know if this is important to you.
3D Visualisation
We offer 3D drawings and 3D renders if you need help visualising your new home.
Structural Engineering
If you've already got your plans but require the structural calculations, we can provide this as a standalone service.
Pre-Purchase Consultations
If you want our advice on the feasibility of your plans for a property you're thinking of purchasing or are in the process of purchasing, we can perform a free initial telephone/video call to advise you. Following this, if you want further advice, we can perform a site visit for a small fee.
