As someone who genuinely struggled to maintain and created a diet along side the gym, Pip had created me a meal plan (I’m super fussy and somehow she managed to create an amazing meal plan) which helped me maintain my protein and carb intake!

She would always drop in and see how it’s going in case if it needed to be altered.

Would recommend Pip to anyone who is still a little unsure of how big of a role eating plays whilst trying to get fit.

What I love most about being a personal trainer is seeing my clients transform—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. I have always wanted to help others; having a background in supporting people living with dementia, children in care, domestic abuse survivors, adults with disabilities etc has always left me inspired by individual's strengths and capabilities, combining this with my genuine love for fitness felt like the right direction to follow. Starting my own business gave me the freedom to connect with clients on a personal level, tailor my approach to their needs and create an environment where they feel supported and empowered.

With years of experience working with individuals from all walks of life I genuinely love interacting with people and supporting them achieve their goals.
