We have used Picks Travel on a number of occasions, mainly to the airport and back. Our most recent usage was last night when we returned from our holiday early in the morning. 24 hours prior to this we had received notification who, when, what car, and contact details for our pick up from Manchester airport, which was reassuring. There was no need to update Picks Travel that our flight was on time, delayed etc, as they were monitoring our flight, which ensured we were not left waiting around at the pick up. They send us a message the day before to confirm the pickup time, And a few minutes later we also got a message from the taxi driver (Miguel) who presented him self and confirmed the pickup time too. After experiencing a nervous breakdown in 2018, I went through counseling, which helped me realize the importance of having something positive to focus on.
