I have been told by educational psychologists for years that my very bright dyslexic son should be thriving in maths. So we had arranged and confirmed a suitable day and time for tuition. We had the trials and he proceeded to give my daughter additional homework. I then get a phone call requesting to put my daughter into a study group. Throughout the selection process we have discussed 1-2-1 tuition. Very unprofessional to try to put my daughter into a study group when it does not meet her needs. Makes me wonder if this is about him providing tuition or him needing groups of students for his own research purposes. Disappointing and therefore would not recommend. My daughter has therefore completed assignments with no follow through. I now have to contact other tutors that I declined when we made an agreement. More...
