We had a loft extension added to our house.
Always found it risky to give large sums of money to strangers.
We got a large dose of luck with this Perfected Property’s.
We explained what we wanted and that there was a budget.
We were given a price at the start and this did not change one penny.
Perfected Property turned up on time on the date we were given. The team were always punctual and polite and by the time work was finished we’d developed a good relationship with them.
The work was completed before the date were were given and to the high standard we were promised and expected
The work we had done was excellent. We were given constant updates to work that had been done and what was happening next.
The finished work was better than we had imagined. And at the end of each working day the house was tidy as best it could be considering the work that was going on.
We were able to ask advice on other work we needed done around the place and have had work completed by recommendations from their company.

After the work was completed we needed help decorating. This was done with no fuss by one of said recommendations.
If and when we have further work done we will be contacting this company again without hesitation. We could not be happier More...

In March 2023, Smith Glass Ltd. began building my porch but abandoned the project for over a year, despite my having paid 99. 9% of the agreed amount in three instalments, as scheduled. Due to their inconsistency, we made the third payment via credit card. After numerous calls and emails to Smith Glass Ltd. with no positive response, we involved our credit card company. They agreed to resolve the issue, on the condition that we provide quotes from three different companies, from which they would select one to complete the job.

The company chosen was Perfected Properties, and to my surprise, they finished the porch in just three days, in May 2024. The work was so impressive that several of my neighbours contacted them for similar projects. The porch looks stunning, with impeccable attention to detail.

Based on this outstanding performance, we hired Perfected Properties again to replace our exterior tiles with cladding and to render both the front and back of our house. This additional project was completed in just three to four days, and the results were equally impressive—the house looks beautiful.

I’m especially pleased with how diligent and professional the Perfected Properties team is. They consistently arrived before 8 a.m. and worked late into the day, demonstrating a level of care and expertise that was a stark contrast to Smith Glass Ltd., who took over a year to make minimal progress on the porch.

I am extremely satisfied with Perfected Properties' work and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality craftsmanship and professionalism.

Excellent work and very punctual, nothing was too much for them to do, no problems during the whole instillation process.
Decking looks fantastic.

Me and my wife decided to have our whole house changed and our back garden completed.
We have had 100m2 of patio done with 20m2 artificial grass and a new fence the whole way round wich was at such a reasonable price we was over the moon other companys quoted ridiculous prices.
We also have had our kitchen , flooring the whole way through and bifold doors put in.

All the work carried out was perfect and we will reccomend these to family and friends we will also continue to use these throughout the future.

I highly recommend using this company we have had an extension built with a new roof so we asked them to make our orginal roof the same as the new one and they got it done quickly and at a good cost.

Reliable hard working men knowing they had 3 jobs running at the same time they managed to get ours done on time and it looks fabulous, I can imagine the same results for other customers.
