This is a delayed review. I used this company in early April. They were very friendly and honest about what they do. I have used several other companies in the past, but none have ever been as thorough as this company. They took time to listen to my story and I did go on and on. And I did call them several times for updates, and they were happy to spend 20 minutes on the phone discussing my case and giving a good idea of what I would expect. They were realistic in their approach and, for me, I found the personal touches really helpful. I would say that you probably won’t find any other companies who are willing to put such time and effort into their customers. My case was long, and it did take around 2 months from start to finish but, I am happy to say that the information was spot on correct.
