I was on a short mentoring program Penny organised to help business owners reset or restart or recalibrate their businesses and themselves for life in a world, hopefully post-Covid or one in which we live with Covid for some time.
I found it to be very helpful. Penny can be quite provocative (no bad thing in the circumstances). She and her program gave me a renewed sense of purpose and direction when I guess I was in danger of falling into some sort of funk even though my business has not suffered the way many others have. I felt she blended a mix of sound marketing principles about client engagement I had forgotten with some futurology on living in a digital world and how to re-organise or re-frame our businesses and services to suit the "New Normal". I did feel challenged and was pushed to do things outside my comfort zone. I re-discovered the fun in solving problems after being somewhat spiritually ground down by running a business with staff stuck at home.
On balance, was it worthwhile? Absolutely, highly recommended. I'd do it again.

What do you love most about your job?
My personal mission is to make the most amount of constructive difference in the world that I and my talents can make. Coaching my clients helps me make this happen. What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked in financial services in the City of London for 14 years. Working for others was fun and travelling around the world was even better. But I felt the need to work for myself, hence starting my own business. I enjoy the freedom that working for myself provides - I get to choose my clients and I love working with intelligent, motivated and ambitious people who enjoy learning and growing.

Yes, I use Zoom for coaching sessions. By agreement, I can arrange for sessions to be recorded and my clients can have access to each session. Additionaly, I can add in an AI Note-taker to make notes of our sessions and these can be sent to clients immediately after each session.
Executive coaching
I provide personalized coaching for executives and business owners, integrating business strategy, leadership development, and transformational growth to create high-impact and lasting success. My approach focuses on the individual but ensures the business receives increased performance with long-term sustainability. Additionally, I provide emotional intelligence coaching and spiritual counseling for professionals who seek renewed purpose and fulfillment beyond conventional business success.
You will engage in a bespoke programme where the objectives are agreed up-front, with a focus on achieving the outcomes you set. This can be raising your profile in order to make a greater impact, achieve a promotion, or to get a better role in a different organisation. As a business owner you may wish to increase your leadership or managerial skills in order to motivate, lead or manage your team better, handle difficult employees, or have difficult conversations. Sometimes you may need support to help you build a stronger business, re-organise your team, create a better vision or make a greater impact in the market-place.
Business coaching
At this level, my clients are often concerned to improve their communication skills in order to have greater impact with senior leaders, peers or clients. To achieve this I help them understand different communication styles and how to flex their own style to others. Clients who are in mid-career (especially professionals in law or accounting) are also concerned to achieve promotion, and sometimes this involves developing a business case for this, or increasing their new business by acquiring new clients, which necessitates overcoming personal blocks and self-limiting beliefs. I have strong strategic thinking and financial skills that can aid my clients do this exceptionally well. Many of my clients are lawyers or accountants, wanting promotion to Director or Partners or business owners and we have a very high level of achievement for this (100% to date!) I also work with senior professionals who want to find deeper meaning, emotional balance, and renewed purpose in work and life.
Consulting and Facilitation
Small business owners growing to bigger businesses often require the help that an external facilitator or consultant can give to do the following:
* Act as a sounding board for the CEO to talk through challenges, ideas for innovation or change
