Excellent dog training provider, very fair price point, I believe excellent value for money. My recently " rescued dog" Coco, is a very lively young Spaniel. She and I both, were in need of some help and guidance. As I am a senior citizen and not as strong as I once was, I was afraid of her pulling me over. Rob replied to my request for help and we met up soon after. He observed her responses, my reactions, the lead and collar used and how she and I interacted on our walk and in our garden. Advice was offered and considered during that time. Food intake was spoken of and so was the giving of treats, when earned by good responsive behaviour and as a learning reward. The day after I received a full written report via email, completed by Rob, confirming his advice and observations. What a difference already, I am thrilled to bits and so glad of how much better our walks are. Early days yet, however I feel much more confident in knowing how to handle her better now. Less pulling on her lead, more responsive to my voice ( and the occasional treat) . I am now in control and much more focused. I want to do the best with and for my little dog. I aim to be " her leader" so that she learns to be reassured with that. Also so we both know where we stand with each other. Many thanks to Rob, credit where it's due I believe. Rob has been our saviour!
When my husband had a serious accident walking our five month old puppy became difficult. Rob responded very quickly to our request on bark. com and after a telephone conversation we arranged a meeting. He covered all aspects of the service and listened to our particular issues with such a young dog. We had no hesitation in hiring Rob for an hours walk everyday for two weeks.
We have found him to be punctual and incredibly professional. His knowledge of dogs and approach was reassuring and his communication skills excellent, even sending us photos and videos on the walks.
We received a detailed report at the end of each week, which is so interesting to read and this demonstrates his above and beyond nature.
Rob helped us out at a particularly difficult time and I cant thank him enough for his support and understanding. I am so pleased we found someone who is so friendly, trustworthy and excellent with dogs. I would have no hesitation in recommending his dog walking services, a real gem. More...
