Right from the beginning when discussing the quote, Michael seemed very knowledgeable and professional. After looking at the house He was clear about how he would do the work and explained what it would entail. He followed up with the estimate within a couple of hours of the meeting, showing his interest in doing the work. The exterior sealing and painting of the house was done efficiently with attention to detail and cleaning up at each stage. I am delighted with the work and appreciated the extra finishing touches. We hired Pecks Property Maintenance to replace our downstairs floor, install a stud wall in the loft room (including new radiator, socket and light switch), remove a downstairs toilet, install a new down stairs radiator and installing our new kitchen cabinets.

We required carpets to be removed and laminate flooring to be installed in 4 bedrooms and 2 passageways, we went with pecks maintenance with the work completed over 4 days.
We also had some painting and electrical work carried out by them.
Michael is great at organising, Paul did a fantastic job with the flooring and Gary gave us cheaper options on our electrical installation.

I engaged Michael and team to renovate a 1-bed flat in SE15. The flat had been a rental for 10 years, the last 2.5 years were not well looked after by tenants with broken door handles, mould throughout and more than general wear and tear.

The jobs included:
- clearing out all furniture
- remove carpets from 1 bedroom
- small fixes, door handles, ceiling inspection hatches, bath panel. New thermostat. Remove / replace silicone.
- mould treatment
- re-paint all walls and ceilings

This was all completed within 1 week.

Very reliable and hard working. We agreed on the date that they can commence work. I received a text two days prior to the date as a gentle reminder.

On the date Michael and his assistant arrived deadly on time. They worked according to plan and agreement and there were no delays and no excuses.

My items were handled with care no mess at all no breaking ir mishandling any of the property in the house

For many years this is the first time I can say I am satisfied with work that was done in the house. Very Neat work. I promised to contact them again. More so I have shared their details to family and friends.

We needed a 22ft high stairwell with a variety of cracks that needed repairing and painting, we had other decorators in that weren't keen on doing the work, Michael gave a carefully considered quote at a reasonable price and completed the task within the agreed timescale to a very high standard, we will certainly be happy to use again when required.
