planning permission
Once the final drawings and supporting documents are prepared, we compile them into a comprehensive package to accompany the planning application submitted to the local authority for approval. Following submission, a consultation period begins, during which your neighbours will be informed of your proposed project this is followed by the planning department decision-making period. A decision on your application will be made. Throughout this process, we maintain close communication with the planners to ensure the proposal has the best chance of receiving approval.
Proposed Design
At this stage, your project begins to take shape as we develop a preliminary design based on your initial brief. By combining site analysis with our architectural expertise and construction knowledge, we create a proposal that truly reflects your vision. These designs are then presented to you for feedback, allowing for any refinements before submission for planning approval.
If your proposal qualifies under permitted development, the planning stage can be bypassed, and we can move directly to producing the working drawings required for Building Regulations Approval.
