We usually start by getting to know your business and your customers, what you do, who you're trying to reach, and what you want the project to achieve. We’ll ask if you’re starting from scratch or already have something in place, like a logo, website, or app. We’ll also talk about your timeline, budget, and if there are any designs or features you like. It’s all about understanding what you need and making sure we’re on the same page from day one.
What do you love most about your job?
Honestly, it’s seeing something go from a rough idea to a real thing that people can use. There’s something really satisfying about helping someone bring their vision to the digital world and knowing it’s actually working for their business. Every project is different, so it never gets boring. And when a client’s happy, that makes it all worth it.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It started with the founder being a freelancer and taking on small projects, learning the ropes, and building strong relationships along the way. Over time, things grew naturally. More clients came in, bigger challenges followed, and the work got more exciting. Now we’re a team of 11 managing websites, mobile apps, and software for brands around the world. But that same hands on, down to earth approach is still at the heart of everything we do.

Absolutely, we work fully remote and have clients all over the world, however we do have clients that come down to our Manchester office for regular updates and ideas, but most of our projects are done online, from the first chat to the final handover. We use tools like Google Meets and Slack to stay in touch, share progress, and keep everything running smoothly. Wherever you are, we’ve got you covered.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Since we work mostly remotely, not much had to change, we were already set up to run everything online. Meetings, feedback, and handovers all happen digitally, so there’s no need for in person contact. If anything, we just made things even easier and more flexible so clients can stay safe and still keep projects moving.
