Alisa’s experience spanning over 14yrs and is also the owner of PAWADISE SPA. My first time taking young Bella Baxter to a groomers but she is soooooo out of control floofly she needed some attention that brushing wasn't enough for. I dropped her off as a nervous ball hiding in the back of the cat carrier and I picked her up a sassy, boisterous menace (her usual self) looking and smelling great. It may seem like a small thing to be rating a business on, but was really impressed with the entire team at Pawadise. I have a very strong (and willful) WH Vizsla who hates anyone touching / cutting his nails and he desperately needed them trimmed. I explained the challenges and Alisa said they could help. Arrived for an early morning appointment and a team was assembled and waiting for my lad - they took him in back and did an amazing job of keeping him calm, reassured and under control. He even came out wagging his tail. The planning and approach they took meant the whole thing was over in a few minutes and wasn't traumatic for him. Thank you so much for the care and attention ! Having been to a few other places before, we tried Pawadise Spa mainly because it's literally around the corner from our house. We're so glad we did. Been going here for 2 and half years have 2 dogs Bassett hound and Italian spinone first time was charged £110 then next £120 last time £125 and today was changed £137 when question this said goes up every time they said Pablo our Bassett was naughty and they won't be grooming him again I was not told of any price increase he only has a bath and nails clipped they then said I must of been under charged last time last time they didn't even cut he's nail. or wash he's ears when asked last time have you done he's ears and nail she said don't know think so when got home see they hadn't been done so was charged £125 to Bath one dog and groom the other.Pablo has always been difficult to do but was told he's much better last time won't be bringing our other dog back it seems they charged what they won't and if your dog is naughty as they said they can put up the price More...
