Reply time was swift. Work was completed within 2 days. The lads that completed the job were spot on. Although the patio looks good the finish with a lump of concrete cement takes away from it. We agreed with Jimmy edging stones no the finish he has left us with. When the job was agreed they promised to leave the property how they found it. We requested a price for a new front fence as they had to take it down to gain entry to back garden. Jimmy told me he would have a price for the fence when they returned to do the job this was not the case. They proceeded to snap the original fence and left my property without any solution therefore my garden is now exposed. We have now noticed a pool of water gathering up the side of the house which will cause damp issues. A problem we did not have before patio installation. Attention to detail was not great and drainage was not even thought of. Having taken £3500 from us they are now very rude. More...

Can't praise Jimmy and his team enough. Jimmy came round quickly to give me an estimate; provided a brochure showing me what options I had re brick paving so I knew exactly what I could have; and explained exactly what the process would be etc. The job was done very well indeed: the team moved all my plant pots (and I have a lot of pots!); worked quickly and efficiently; Jimmy checked that I was happy with things; pots all moved back in. What can I say? Other than you were all absolutely amazing from start to finish, nothing was a problem.
Paddy was on the ball at the start with quotes and dropping off samples as we couldn’t decide which stone we wanted and wether we should do the patio at the back as well as the drive, so thank you for that.
When everyone landed on the Monday morning at 7.40am to start the work, they all worked so hard, their worth ethic was phenomenal.
Both the front and back was dug up and cleared away on the first day!
Weather was hit and miss but they all got the job done quickly and efficiently within 4 days, with no hidden costs.
The whole team was tidy, professional, courteous, punctual, patient and nothing was too much trouble.
The amount of people that keep stopping outside and looking is incredible. It’s definitely an eye catcher, you have done an exceptional job.
We really can’t thank you all enough, there are just no words, we will continue to recommend you to anyone that needs a drive or patio, you deserve it!
