What do you love most about your job?
Holding clients accountable to their dreams and guiding them to take control and thrive; going from stuck, tired and frustrated to confident, lean and in control again. Seeing that shift — in body and mindset — never gets old.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was tired of seeing good men being misled by influencers, fad diets and extreme plans that don’t work. I wanted to cut through the noise and deliver proper, results-driven support.
