What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about my job is empowering executive women to turn their menstrual cycle challenges into career advantages. Seeing my clients overcome painful periods and fatigue to enhance their concentration and efficiency at work is incredibly fulfilling. I cherish helping them discover the three essential steps to period health and career success, and witnessing their transformation as they leverage their cycles to achieve remarkable career growth. Additionally, connecting with women from diverse backgrounds and guiding them towards purposeful roles without burnout brings me immense joy and satisfaction.
What inspired you to start your own business?
What inspired me to start my own business was my personal experience with the transformative power of understanding my menstrual cycle. After being on the pill for over two decades, I began to recognize patterns in my productivity and learned how to leverage them to my advantage. This newfound awareness had a profound impact on my career and life. With a background in negotiating salaries internationally and over 20 years of remote work experience for the BBC, Premier League Football, RedBull Media to name a few. I realized I could help other women harness this knowledge to overcome painful periods and career challenges. My passion for empowering women to achieve their full potential and my desire to share strategies for career success without burnout motivated me to create my own coaching business.
