What makes a great website?
A personal touch to the design coupled with true functionality. There is no use to having an amazing looking website that is too slow to load or too difficult to use. Our sites are elegant and functional with special software to increase the user experience of the site.
What questions might you ask a client when starting a new project?
We would want to know about the client's project/business. What is it? What does it do? What are you hoping to achieve from a website?
All of these things then feed into the website design which is iterative between us and the client.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping other people succeed. It's corny, we know that. But it's true. Tech companies thrive on the fact that most people don't know how to create things like websites, we want to level the playing field and make great design available to all who need it.
What inspired you to start your own business?
The founder's mother ran a small business and was paying horrific sums of money for poor web design and SEO, when questioned, the company hid behind tech jargon to confuse people. After working in the tech sector for years, the founder thought 'enough is enough' and set out to help others like her.
Why should our clients choose you?
We are honest, hard working people. We will deliver what we say and not hid behind the complexities of the job. Each site is bespoke and will be designed around the client's needs, not around a pre-existing template.

Of course we can! We can do meetings over the phone, Skype, Teams, Zoom, or in person if required. Our offices are in Oxford if you are local and would like a face to face meeting.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Meetings can be done online or over the phone so that there is no spread of any illnesses if you would like to progress in this manner.
