We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with them from creating a personalised menu to their amazing customer service and banter with our guests on the day. Not forgetting the delicious, freshly BBQ’d food too which everyone commented on. What’s your signature dish?
Steakburgers - hand-made butcher's burgers from Crombie's of Edinburgh served on a brioche bun with lettuce, beef tomato and red onion, topped with a choice of melted mature cheddar, mexican spicy cheese or Stilton cheese. Wildboar and pork speciality sausages served on a sub bun, 6oz rib-eye steak sandwiches with fried onions, home-smoked pulled pork buns with apple sauce or chicken thighs marinated in Mexican spices served on a bun with lettuce and chipotle sauce.
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
We send out our full menu and create a bespoke menu based on our client's preferences, we can advise on what would be too much or too little and arrive at the perfect menu for each event.

Providing great food and receiving fabulous feedback during and after events!
