I have a 6 month old GSD that was completely unbearable when people visited us. Last month he bite a family friend and left me distraught and angry that my best friend could of done this.
Jason is exactly what everyone has said in there reviews, a genius. He setup safety measurements that we had to stick to whilst we was doing the behavioural training.

Our 9 month old Labrador puppy Obi was enrolled on Jason’s Behaviour Modification course for 6 weeks, yet the difference in him in the first hour was so noticeable! His favourite thing was stealing person belongings, keys, phone, TV remote and running off with them leaving us to wrestle them off him. He would go mad at the doorbell and run out the door, couldn’t get his lead or harness on him without two people wrestling him still, barking at the slightest noise outside and just generally wouldn’t do as he was told. 6 weeks on we have had so many compliments on how much calmer and tame Obi seems, we get his harness and lead on first time (most of the time😂) and he doesn’t even bother stealing anything anymore. Doesn’t jump up at people as he knows he’s not meant to. We know he’s still a baby and he will calm naturally as he gets older but we are so glad we met Jason and are grateful for the help and guidance he has given us. Would recommend to anyone! ❤️ More...

AMAZING!
We have a lab pup and was struggling with a few things here and there such as puppy biting and getting going when out walking, I was a little sceptical of getting anyone in because I wasn’t sure how they’d be with my boy, one session with Jason and a few days of keeping up with his advice and I can already see a massive change in my boy.
Jason was so easy to talk to about our concerns and didn’t make us feel on edge or judged because we don’t have the ‘perfect puppy’ he genuinely seemed to enjoy the time spent with our pup! Couldn’t recommend his services more!

Thank you so much for all your help. I highly recommend calling Optimum Canine ASAP. A friend of mine passed his number over as he is highly sort after and you can’t find him online, (he works off recommendations only).
He was fully booked but I was put onto his waiting list and luckily enough he had a cancellation.
His knowledge on how a dog thinks and behaves is brilliant, he visits you weekly ( I loved this as I felt I wasn’t left to it like most trainers) and not only is he a positive technique trainer he has a training method that works and as far as I know (my previous trainers) no one else does. I would like to thank Jason from Optimum Canine. I was almost ready to give up after I had previously tried 2 other trainers.
My Pug and Bulldog were toileting in the house, aggressive towards other dogs, disobedient. Jason is more than just a trainer, my dogs never use to show any interest in me or my commands. Now they follow me around like they actually want to be with me and they listen to my commands first time. Little tip for people looking, cheaper does not work, cost me a lot more in the end.

What do you love most about your job?
The most rewarding aspect of my job is watching relationships blossom between clients and their canine companions. To help aid and be apart of that is very special to me.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started off like any regular dog owner, I had problems with my own dogs that I had and resolved them to build a better relationship with them. I want to help new dog owners and owners that are struggling build an unbreakable bond with their dogs.
Why should our clients choose you?
My credentials and experience speak for themselves and every trainer should have them BUT I have one thing that most trainers are lacking - PASSION.
To be a dog trainer you can't just like dogs, you need to be passionate about helping people, you need to be passionate about dog behaviour, you need to be passionate about all the geeky science behind emotions & behaviour.
