I had the pleasure of working with Ms. Sodipe for four years as her teaching assistant in Year 6, and I can honestly say she is one of the best teachers I’ve ever worked with.
Ms. Sodipe has an amazing way of making learning feel natural and enjoyable, even when the topics get tough. She takes the time to truly understand her students, their strengths, challenges, and what makes them tick and uses that insight to create lessons that genuinely work for them. She’s patient, creative, and incredibly skilled at helping children build confidence in themselves. She also encourages independent thinking, problem-solving, and resilience, skills that go far beyond the classroom.
On top of all that, Ms. Sodipe is simply a wonderful person to work with—positive, supportive, and someone who genuinely cares about every child she teaches. If you’re looking for a tutor who will bring out the best in your child while making learning a positive and empowering experience, I couldn’t recommend Ms Sodipe highly enough!

I highly value Ope-sensei. She is very enthusiastic about teaching my son English lessons. She is patient even when he cannot express himself well. When we started the lessons, she found something that interested him and made it the theme so that he would enjoy speaking English. Our goal is for my son to learn and be able to speak English, but I felt that she was very trustworthy because she tries to get to know my son first. Thanks to that, my son likes her lessons, and it has been about 7 months since we started the lessons. We usually speak Japanese, but recently my son has started to speak English with me occasionally. More...

We are a home educating family and feel very lucky to have found Ope. She has been a wonderful tutor for our four children.
Ope is kind, patient, and always ready to help each of them in the way they need.
She worked very hard to fill the gaps in their learning, helping them feel more confident and happy with their work. Our son, who used to dislike comprehension, now enjoys it and looks forward to reading and understanding stories, all thanks to Ope’s support.
Since Ope started teaching them, we have seen big progress in all their learning. They are improving so quickly, and we are hopeful that they will soon be working well above the national curriculum level.
Ope makes lessons fun and explains things clearly so that everyone can understand. She always listens and encourages the children, and they enjoy their lessons with her very much.
We are so grateful to have Ope as part of our home education journey. We would happily recommend her to any family looking for a caring and brilliant tutor.

Ope is teaching our son for English. Her lessons are fun and my son lesson by lesson shows improvement. I can recommend her as a professional English teacher for everyone.
What do you love most about your job?
As a Primary Tutor, its so much quicker and easier to create a learning environment where children feel safe to ask questions, make mistakes and learn from them. This creates more 'lightbulb moments' which brings me joy because it confirms that I have helped to foster that.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started my tutoring business because I believe every child deserves the time, attention, and support they need to truly thrive. During my time as a Year 6 Teacher in Doha, I had five students who began the year with lower reading levels. I saw this as an opportunity to make a real difference, so I created individual learning plans for each child, working closely with their families to support their growth.
By the end of the year, all five students reached the expected level for Year 6 — a moment that made me feel incredibly proud. The parents' gratitude and seeing the children’s confidence soar reinforced how powerful personalised support can be. I even had the chance to share this approach with my colleagues, helping even more students beyond my own classroom.
This experience inspired me to create a space through tutoring where I can focus on each student’s unique journey, helping them build not just academic skills, but belief in themselves.
Why should our clients choose you?
With over 15 years of teaching experience, I deliver personalised, creative, and structured support that helps every child thrive. I specialise in building confidence, boosting independence, and closing learning gaps — giving students the tools they need to succeed, now and in the future.
Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.
If you’re within a 5-mile radius, I’m happy to offer a mix of online and in-person tutoring, depending on what suits you best. I can travel to your preferred learning environment, or you’re welcome to come to my dedicated tutoring space."
For students outside of the 5-mile area, I currently offer online and remote sessions to ensure flexible and accessible support.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
To keep students safe, I offer both online and in-person sessions with strict hygiene measures in place. I maintain clean learning spaces, encourage hand sanitising, and monitor health closely to ensure a safe and supportive environment for every learner.
