Ooh Ahh Property Staging

Our family home in London of the last 25 years became a rental investment when we moved to the country eight years ago. But when our long term tenants moved on this summer we decided it was time to put it on the sales market but with the new capital gains tax regulations pending, time was of the essence.

With a newly decorated property our estate agent advised us that although it looked refreshed, property staging would help expedite a quicker sale.  We were rather sceptical at the extra expense.  However, I dipped my toe in the water by placing an advert on Bark.com and Emma at Ohh Ahh Property Staging promptly responded with a number of other businesses. 

After looking at the company websites I was immediately drawn to @OohAahPropertyStaging for it's classically modern, crisp, clean and stylish interiors but moreover it was the warmth and comfort the images exuded which resonated with me. I emotionally wanted to give our family home the Rolls Royce treatment it deserved and restore it to the classic, modern and luxurious home it once was.

From the moment I started communicating with Emma I felt very reassured she understood what I was looking for and wanted to achieve with the budget and timelines available. She did not disappoint at any step of the process and she was exceptionally helpful and empathetic with clear and consise communication. When the unveiling of the house was revealled our first reaction was total shock. It was nothing less than perfect!

Our home was listed on 30th Aug and we had an offer which we accepted on 9th Sept. That timeline really speaks for itself. 

Going forwards, I will not hesitate to use Emma and her team, not only for property staging but for other interior design projects which I need help with.
