Gavin performed a perfect cleaning job of our very light coloured lounge carpet. I didn't expect it to look so good. Gavin's pricing is also very competitive and his work ethic is very much old school in that he turns up on time, he quickly accesses the work involved and gets to it straight away. I have used Gavin several times now and he is very professional , and his results are excellent . His communication is first class . Last week we had an accident with one of our pets , Gavin was unsure if we would be able to remove the stains as they were pretty bad , a week later and with the specialist peroxide treatment, they have literally gone, thank you again Gavin .
