How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Not only do i give my clients the necessary Nutrition & Training regime to reach their goals. I also give them the knowledge to maintain their goals as the aim is to be your coach for 6-12 months. After that you will have the necessary knowledge to achieve your goals and more.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
I can’t sell any gimmicks to you. The secret is what you already know.
Consistency & Accountability is what will help you get the body you desire.
What do you love most about your job?
I don’t just consider myself a PT. I am a coach! And the difference is to teach my clients what they need to do specifically for their own goals. Theres no generalisation in my approach.
I meet loads of different people with different challenges they need to overcome and seeing their smile and sense of achievement as a coach is the best feeling ever!!
What inspired you to start your own business?
I want to be my own boss and give back to people. Being a coach allows that, therefore starting my business is what will be the driving force making change around the world for people.

I have an online platform to cater to those who i may not be able to reach face to face.
I have a subscription based section for those who may need just a point in the right start whether it be nutrition, training or both.
And then i have a VIP section where those who want to be held accountable, help build structure around their day to day to get fit, accountability group included with other clients at a monthly cost.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
For Face to face clients that want their sessions in my local gym. All equipment are wiped down after use and safe social distance is adhered to make my clients safe and comfortable.
