I like to have a purpose, and enjoy helping business owners with their business and helping them achieve their goals and objectives.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I worked in the corporate work for over 3 decades and decided to work on my own which was a big learning curve but at the same time an enjoyable journey.

I come with over 30 years experience and have a varied skillset and can do attitude which has held me in good stead.

I mainly work remotely. I manage clients' emails and diaries online/remotely. I do powerpoint presentations for my clients remotely as well as content writing and writing reports. These tasks include undertaking research on websites.
Once these tasks are completed they are sent to the client via email.
In terms of data entry it is usual for me to create and format data in Microsoft Excel. I also use other Microsoft systems and other CRM systems which are online base.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
As I usually work remotely it has not been necessary to make any changes but on occasions when I have had to meet clients or client groups I ensure that I am COVID compliant, eg. wearing a mask and keeping the appropriate distance.
