Olly has been absolutely phenomenal and a huge support inside and outside the gym. Our sessions are focused and packed and he pushes me to give it my all each time. He's easily reachable and keeps me accountable for my activity and nutrition outside of our sessions. I've seen amazing results, both weight loss and strengthening, as well as sleeping better and being in an improved head space. He's been extremely flexible with my schedule and we always manage to fit in a session or two a week. Even on holiday he checks in and wrote me a program to use. Olly makes going to the gym more fun! He pushes you but also makes sure to ask if you have any pain and stops if anything hurts. He is very attentive and checks on you even after the session. During the session, he makes sure form is correct to avoid injury and the exercises are perfect for what you want to achieve. I started with Olly in October 2017 and can honestly say it was the best decision I’ve ever made. I started by going to three PT sessions a week as I was a complete gym novice and have now moved on to just one PT session and two classes a week. Olly is extremely supportive while pushing you to be your best. I really look forward to my time in the gym now and always leave having worked hard and laughed a lot! I can honestly say Olly is an amazing trainer. His knowledge and expertise in fitness is second to none. I’ve trained with Olly for two and half years now and in this time he has constantly pushed me to reach new goals with my fitness. He always manages to get that little bit extra out of me, but with a very calm manner.
Olly has also put together easy to follow and continually evolving plans for my solo training which have been incredibly helpful. He has transformed my gym routine, explains why certain exercises work better than others, and has given me so much more confidence in what I do.
He’s also one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet!

Having never set foot in a gym before I met Olly, I didn’t hold much hope- but he certainly changed that!
His tailored, adaptable (& patient! ), not to mention friendly approach meant that three years down the line I was still training with him twice weekly up to the 37th week of my pregnancy.

Olly has been a fantastic PT. Highly recommended. He is always on hand to provide tips and advice over WhatsApp and during our 1-hour PT sessions, has provided constant motivation. His outlook on exercise and fitness is transformational. From the first meeting before our session started over 1 year ago, I realised that I had made the right choice choosing Olly as my PT. He has a way of making one feel at ease. He works me hard but at the same time understand when to pull back. He pushes me to do more than I believe I can and all throughout this he does it with a gentle encouraging smile but at the same time quite firm.

He works with me, talk with me, he understand what my needs are and plan my workout accordingly.

As long as I intend to have a PT, Olly will always be the one, I am never changing.
