Oli got me consistently training to maintain an active lifestyle well into my 40s. We targeted PT depending on different objectives, such as training ahead of going on winter snowboarding trips or staying fit to play football.
Where needed, a couple of times we incorporated rehab style training within my programme if I’ve had to resolve an injury or a niggle which has helped keep me fit to maintain all of the activities I enjoy.
He has diligently helped me to track progress so we can see improvements in strength throughout each programme we have trained and which helps to keep it motivating.
On top of that he’s a top bloke (apart from being a Liverpool fan!!) and enjoyable to train with so I would recommend him to anyone considering PT.

I’ve used the hybrid programme including in-person sessions, workout session programmes for me to do in the gym, remote coaching as well as a nutrition plan
Working with Oli has been incredible - he’s transformed my relationship with the gym and I’ve made a huge amount of progress since we started.
I’ve found his long-term approach to be really sustainable (as opposed to some short term fix plans out there) and the exercises / sessions he assigns feel great, very purposeful and also fun! He’s also great at explaining exactly why a certain exercise is good and how it fits in the programme; he also listens to your preferences / injuries and adapts the programme constantly so it’s really easy to buy into it
I would 100% recommend Oli to anyone interested in a PT

Oli is a great trainer. I have been training with Oli for almost 2 years. My strength and stamina greatly improved. I felt extremely weak prior to training with Oli (and I tried many different trainings) , the workout with Oli worked, I feel strong now when I carry my two young boys so goal achieved. Oli does a lot of research, is cery thorough and adapts the exercises accordingly. Oli is also extremely friendly and very easy to get along with so I never had to drag myself to the sessions. I have been training with Oli for almost 2 years. The sessions have always been very enjoyable and I am happy to say they have yielded visible results.
Training with Oli has helped me shed the Covid weight, not just through PT sessions but also through his support and tracking on the nutritional side.
Oli is very friendly and makes the training sessions fun, adapting the exercises to develop the main muscle groups as well as targeting areas that need strengthening to alleviate chronic pain.
