What inspired you to start your own business?
To help people stop searching around for offices and losing key business time and allowing us to do the hard work for companies by searching, creating options for and negotiating good deals on the customers behalf without them needing to spend any money whatsoever. Essentially providing a free service to help people find their next workspace

Firstly we provide a completely free service as we earn our income only from the property owner not from the tenant.

Updated all of our terms and conditions and provided Covid secure information packs to all of our property owners so that they knew what they needed to do to stay compliant and protected we also partnered with the health and safety risk advisory company Citation PLC and are able to help companies build any framework of compliance around their office space utilising our third-party relationship with Citation PLC
