When I first stepped in the gym I had no idea what I was doing. Neil happened to see me struggling and helped me big time. What I really liked and appreciated was that he didn't try to sell me PT. How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
Before any training begins I like to have a 15 minute consultation to get to know potential clients a bit more. Within this time I try to understand what your goals are, barriers that may have stopped you, success stories from previous journeys. I have a office based background, which I feel gives me a relatability with my clients. Understanding the roadblocks and the difficulties balancing work and health is something I fully empathise with. My goal is to create a sustainable approach to fitness, which can seamlessly slot into your daily routine.

Mindset. I will help you get fit but the journey is a 2 way street

What inspired you to start your own business?
My own personal fitness journey helped me realise that if I can do it then anyone can.

As well as training clients at The Gym Group, Stratford I do online coaching and home sessions in the surrounding areas, provided the building block has a gym facility.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am fully vaccinated. I will on request wear a mask. I provide my own sanitising products ensuring all equipment is wiped and clean.
