I recently arranged for some pointing work to be carried out for my elderly mother and was really impressed with the whole experience.
Ryan put my worries at ease and was so helpful.
From the outset, everything was handled professionally. Ryan turned up exactly when he said he would and was friendly, respectful, and my mother found him to be so polite.
He explained the work clearly and made sure my mother understood the process, timescales, and costs upfront, no surprises along the way which was something she had been previously worried about but Ryan was so honest and trustworthy which I really appreciated.
The quality of the workmanship was excellent. He worked efficiently, kept the area tidy, and made sure everything was cleaned up properly once the job was finished, he even enjoyed a cup of tea with my mother which was so lovely as my mother can often feel isolated but Ryan was so kind and chatted with her. Ryan really made sure she was at ease and kept her informed.

There’s something incredibly satisfying about taking old, weathered brickwork and bringing it back to life. As a pointer, I get to work with my hands every day, restoring the character and strength of buildings that have stood for decades or even centuries. It’s not just a job, it’s craftsmanship.
I love seeing the transformation from crumbling, worn joints to sharp, clean lines that make the brickwork look brand new. It’s hard, skilled work, but it’s honest work, and there’s pride in knowing the results will last for years to come.
What really makes it worthwhile is the reaction from customers when they see the final result and can’t believe the difference it’s made to their home. Every wall tells a story, and I get to help preserve that story, one joint at a time.

What inspired you to start your own business?
After years of working in the trade and learning the ropes from the ground up, I realised I had the skills, passion, and drive to do things my own way to take real pride in every job and build something I could be proud of.
