Concept Design
We begin the process by meeting with our clients, either virtually or in person to obtain a detailed brief.
We then take the brief and present the concept designs, consisting of floor plans illustrating the proposed furniture layouts and any structural changes that may be required, mood board presentations, imagery of suggested furniture and joinery concepts if required. This stage is very collaborative and we welcome as much feedback as possible to ensure we are on the right page.
Detail Design
Having approved all of the concept designs we progress to the detail design stage. All final finishes, furniture, joinery and drawings will be presented. As well as a fully itemised breakdown of costs in line with the agreed budget.
Project Management
We work closely with the team on site to ensure that the design is in line with the initial concept, resolving any issues that may occur, maintaining the quality whilst keeping within the time program and budget. Progress of the project is monitored and managed with regular site visits and keeping clients informed throughout.
Dressing and Styling
We source and procure all accessories and artwork to fully dress the property, adding the luxurious finishing touches to your home.
