Had British boilers in for a brand new boiler and can not recommend enough , service is fast and professional. The boiler was moved enabling the kitchen cabinets to stay in line . The boiler itself is compact and easy to use especially with the HIVE controls. We opted for the service plan at £20 a month for boiler and plumbing services. We have also used them for their plumbing service , a leaking pipe in one of the toilets , booked it and they attended within a few hours . £20 for piece of mind when something unexpectedly goes wrong is great! Fantastic service from Lee and his team. My parents have recently moved house and unfortunately their boiler packed up. Within 1 hour of calling him, Lee was round and identified the fault. Their new boiler was fitted within 48 hours by a great team, who could not have been more polite and helpful. My dad has Dementia, and they were all incredibly patient and compassionate with him and went out of their way to ensure everything was ok and that he was happy. What a great team. Lee, Matt, Jack & Tommy have just completed an entire copper re-pipe of our central heating system, and installed replacement radiators throughout our house. To be honest we knew what a huge job it was going to be - and we weren't looking forward to it! But these guys are fantastic; absolute craftsmen, and they've done an amazing job. The work has been completed to such a high standard, and our house is now toasty warm for the first time in forever 😊.
