NL Roofing and guttering

I recently had a terrible experience with Nathan Lock NL Roofing & Building. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend their services due to their dishonesty and lack of trustworthiness.
I hired Nathan Lock NL Roofing & Building to fix a leak in my roof, which quickly progressed to, the whole roof had to be replaced. I found out to my cost that that was untrue.
He promised the scaffolding would go up on several occasions to cover the roof from the rain, blaming the Council Permit was the holdup, I called the Council to find out what the holdup was, they informed me, no permit application for the property has ever been applied for.
I strongly advise anyone considering NL Roofing & Building to look elsewhere for roofing services. I cancelled the job, Nathan promised to return my deposit, didn’t receive a penny. More...

If I could leave one stars I would. Nathan is a con artist who will take your money and then not answer the phone when the roof falls to pieces a week later. DO NOT US THIS COMPANY

Never ever ever use this company. Nathan is an absolute crook.

I believed him unfortunately, when he said he could repair my roof.
.....until he started!!
After 2 hours, what was going to cost me for a repair(2,600) according to this crook, became 18,000 for a new roof.
What a con man!!!
No, I didn't use this con man for a new roof. I got a new roof,but not from this crook. I got a new roof, plus all the extras like fascias, down pipes, guttering etc. for 11,000.
Please do not believe, or use this con man.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Paid £11500 for a new roof. Hip tiles installed incorrectly as bottom hip tiles were not secured. Tiles have repeatedly slipped down the roof. Nathan continually promises to come and fix them and doesn't show up. Now just blanks texts, emails and phone calls. His so called guarantee is worthless! Awful, would not recommend. Paid £150 deposit and took 2 days off work, Nathan called morning of roof replacement to say not coming. Has promised for 2 months now to refund deposit and still hasn't.
