Dominic and Arthur were brilliant. They worked tirelessly to ensure all my items arrived safely and were placed exactly where I wanted them.

Friendly service and very efficient, compared to other moving companies who were charging me double compared to them..
the cost was very reasonable fair. I had three guys and they dismantled furniture and re put back together at new place.

Overall they worked very hard and did not stop for five hours. Will definitely use them again. As a suggestion to improve service it be nice if 48hours before move that they sent a text reminding of move, I say this because my memory can be bad and I often get confused with dates and bookings esp when I have so many appointments so a quick reminder before hand be good. However on the day the driver did call me and say they were on their way.

Also Be nice if they could add some other services to their business like gardening and decorating which would be so helpful when moving into an old property 😂 but I understand they are a moving company a very professional one. More...

I spoke to the owner a few times before the moving date to confirm the details of the move as well as sent in pictures of items that needed to be moved. I requested the movers to come at 4pm and had booked for 2 hours. I confirmed again on the day that they were still arriving at 4pm. The owner mentioned that the previous job was delayed and there was some traffic but they were on their way. After several calls and messages (the owner had no idea where the driver actually was) they finally arrived a little past 6pm. I booked for 2 hours as the move was just to the building next door and it's a small one bed with no big furniture items that needed moving. The 2 men that showed up were so unprofessional. They had no idea what they were doing and just stood around waiting despite me giving instructions several times on what items needed to be packed. They kept complaining about how they had been working the whole day and had not been informed about this job (which seemed untrue as the owner later sent me messages showing he had sent them the details of the job). They were unable to do the simplest of things and took about 10 minutes just to tape together a box. It almost felt like because they charge hourly they took their time as they would be paid more for a longer time. My mum and I ended up doing most of the packing and moving ourselves as they arrived so late. After all of this they tried to charge me extra for more time spent without even addressing or apologising for the delay. I'm not sure if the issue was just the people who came to do this job but it honestly was a very frustrating experience in an already stressful time and honestly felt like it would have been quicker to just do ourselves in the first place. The owner only listened to our complaints regarding the unprofessional behaviour and delays after I mentioned I would leave an honest review online. I was finally able to reach somewhat of a consensus with him after some back and forth on the phone but overall a very disappointing experience that I've never faced in a move. More...
