We are a Southwest London based company who specialise in fitness and nutrition. Niall has been a trainer for fifteen years and his clients range from those needing assistance with running, toning and body fat loss, to military and police fitness test preparation and everything in between.

I’ve really enjoyed my PT sessions with Niall, always pushed me to achieve more reps and I found his advice on managing food really helpful too. Would highly recommend Niall.

Niall is a fantastic trainer. He brings a wealth of experience, knowledge, and dedication to his role.

Niall has an excellent ability to understand your current capabilities, goals, and available time, and he develops an optimised regimen tailored specifically for you.

For someone like me who aims to train hard and push my limits, Niall helped me achieve my goals with specific exercises. For family members with more modest health-related objectives, Niall adopted a different approach with a different level of intensity, with equally good results.

Niall is also incredibly friendly and easy to get along with. We've had some great conversations, and he's always punctual.

I fully recommend Niall as a personal trainer.

Niall is very professional and really listens to his clients requirements. I needed to do lots of rehab and strength exercises after surgery and Niall did everything possible to make sure I did the correct exercises for my ability level. Niall is such a great PT to work with. He is very good at taking your personal needs & putting together a great tailored workout for you. He is authentic too which was noticeable from the moment we met & has a great sense of humour. I am someone who is always conscious when working out but I never feel that way when I’m with Niall because he makes you feel so comfortable. Q&As

Introducing a healthy diet and maintaining it is definitely as important as regular training. Knowing what keeps you fueled allows you to drop any unwanted fat and build muscle and tone but also keeps your energy strong so you are able to deal with daily life more efficiently and happily.

I help the client mentally and psychologically focus on their goal with positive incentives. I aim to inspire them by:
1) Leading by example.
2) Training in appropriate emviroments.
3) Teaching the mindset required for success.
4) Educating the client with my own knowledge and experience.

Focus, hard work, consistency and also support. Knowledge of the correct food and training and the few factors that can help speed up the process.

Being able to assist people in their self-improvement. This varies from progression in someone's mental wellbeing to achieving their dream job. I'm a strong believer that nutrition and exercise can enhance every aspect of your personal and professional life and having the abililty to provide this knowledge to others is why I love this profession.

Having had a military background, I was frequently asked for advice about exercise and nutrition. Having discovered that my knowledge and experience was valuable and could be passed on in a more demonstrative, professional manner I began teaching classes and personal training sessions.

Because I believe I have so much to offer. My background in the special forces means that I have personally been through some of the hardest training known. I am able to relate to people's struggles and challenges, but also to the joy of achievement. The sacrifice and hard work that you put in comes back 10 fold and this has been my experience now for 20 years. The knowledge I have gained, the lessons I have learned and the passion I still have is what makes me different.
