We have recently commenced the migration of our mobile phone estate to NGN. The experience in working with NGN right from the initial engagement has been excellent they are extremely easy to work with. They provide a very fast turnaround on any questions, help to pull the TCO & ROI details together if needed to present the proposal the stakeholders. They are very professional in their approach and very customer focused which has helped Affinia achieve large cost savings for our mobile estate.
