I love seeing the transformation my clients make, even in a few short weeks, and celebrating their successes with them.

After burning out in a career I loved, I realised I needed to do something different.

I founded New Life in 2016, and we prepared parents for the realities of pregnancy and parenthood with practical, evidence-based antenatal classes taught by midwives. However, over the years it has become apparent that there is a growing gap in postnatal support leaving parents stressed, overwhelmed and burnt out, particularly since the pandemic.

Having experienced burnout, I feel driven to address this critical issue and pivoted our business to offer coaching services for pregnancy and parenthood. This strategic shift is a natural progression of our mission.

I offer my clients a safe space to be heard. My clients have described me as "kind, insightful, friendly", "a great listener", "a lovely person to work with, very supportive and without judgement".

I provide private coaching services online via Google Meet.

Services

Each coaching package includes a 75-minute initial consultation followed by 60-minute weekly or bi-weekly coaching sessions on Google Meet (a minimum of 3 sessions). I offer email or WhatsApp support between coaching sessions, and a variety of resources relevant to your chosen goals.

I offer all prospective clients a free 45-minute session to help you feel more balanced, energised & in control.
