Where do I start?? I quite honestly would not be where I am today without these guys in such a short amount of time working with them. It is so hard to work out what you struggle with and what you need help with, I guess if you knew that you wouldn’t be struggling right?!
Dan and the team firstly really understand business. This gives them a unique lens through which to look at your business and instinctively know where their input would be valuable to help you grow. They also understand Neurodiversity and spend time getting to know your unique strengths and challenges that make you who you are.
Through understanding your challenges they have an incredible knowledge bank of systems that they then are able to put into place to assist you in order that your business is able to run more smoothly day to day which ultimately relieves so much stress and worry from your shoulders.

What inspired you to start your own business?
I was inspired to start my business while working as a National Learning Manager at an international financial services company. Being neurodiverse myself, with ADHD, dyslexia, and BPD, I experienced firsthand the lack of support and understanding in the workplace. When my company refused to implement the necessary support that would allow me to excel in my role, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I founded Neuro Sparks to provide employees and business owners with all the tools they need to succeed, all under one roof.
