phoned Thursday and booked a 8 seater 7 of us out to tavistock, guy on the phine was great very helpful sent me the link too pre pay as it was a £100 booking. until today when they have phoned and said they couldn't do the booking now so I had two options. one to refund or two have 2x taxi but it was going to cost another £20 each way. so I have taken the refund which is going to take 5 to 10 day. couldn't afford the extra money but not that I now can't get out to tavistock or find another 100 pounds to book someone else. Wouldn’t let me and my 2 friends in a taxi when we ordered one simply for the fact we had hot food when we said we would not eat it. Already hard enough to get a taxi in Plymouth and feels unsafe as a girl to leave us on the streets for that. Bare in mind another taxi from same company was fine with it. You can book a week in advance and the taxi still won't turn up on time. Why aren't they making drivers fulfill the bookings they have rather than letting them choose?

Poor experience with this taxi company previously. They have a driver who is repeatedly parking in my private permit residents only allocated parking space, attached to my property. This has left me with nowhere to park after 9pm at night when I had finished a 12 hour shift at Derriford Hospital. This same taxi driver was attempting to park in my space again this morning with their family, when I arrived home from the gym. Unacceptable behaviour, and the call handlers will not give the name or contact details of managers to report to as they “do not know who their managers are”. More...
