Nick and his team are absolutely brilliant, professional, knowledgeable, polite and efficient, not to mention patient. As my work included dealing with a WiFi that had a technical hitch that needed several hours of troubleshooting to sort out what wasn’t even strictly their problem which they did with due diligence resulting in a more than satisfactory security system working perfectly. Recently had an EV charger installed. NDS were excellent throughout. I gave them my ask, told them my budget and they came back within minutes with "this is what we can do". No messing around with back and fourth, incredibly clear and the end job came in bang on the quote. Electrician himself was incredibly professional, well mannored, polite and clean. I work from home therefore was on calls whilst drilling was ongoing. Despite this being my problem, the electrician constantly kept closing my door in an effort not to disturb me. We recently required NDS Electrical & Security to address the many electrical issues that we found in our new house. Additionally, we also needed a new alarm system as the old one didn't seem to function. It's the second time I have used NDS and again, they have done an amazing job. The entire team exhibit a high level of professionalism and courtesy. They are a highly skilled, trustworthy and dedicated outfit, and also incredibly friendly and polite. They take pride in their work and they go out of their way to ensure it is done to the highest standard. They managed to sort all the issues in the house ensuring that everything was functional and 100 percent safe whilst managing to navigate around all the kids and cats.
