I am a registered Mental Health Nurse with over 25 years experience and qualified Naturopath and Herbalist. I am available for private consultations either locally or via the telephone.

I am able to offer therapy with clients experiencing different difficulties and symptoms including stress and depression. I work very holistically using a range of natural therapies alongside cognitive behavioural techniques.

Many triggers can cause too much stress within our body for an individual to cope with, and this is ok. Sometimes we need the extra support to get through this time, and that too is ok. Following intervention it is hoped individuals are empowered to have increased coping strategies to help reduce any distressing symptoms.

I am able to offer advice from a naturopathic and herbalist perspective for physical health conditions, which may be helpful even when waiting for your gp appointments.

I am able to offer assistance as independent health advocate.
