I have been using National Telecoms UK for several years now across both of my businesses. Having previously been a BT customer, I have experienced a far higher level of service and technical backup than I ever received from BT.

Whilst we rely on National Telecoms UK for both Broadband and phone services, Mike and his team have also carried out extensive updates to the data network within our St Helens premises too.

As with any business, my switch to National Telecoms UK was based on cost savings, however the technical know how and advice from Mike Hayman has not only saved us further expense, but has streamlined both our on site and remote communications needs.

National Telecoms UK set our phone/internet system up for our whole business: Empire Academy of Aesthetics. We have 3 training academies based in the UK and wanted our phone/internet to be seamless between all the locations. They simply asked for a few details of how we want the system to run and set the whole thing up himself making it stress free for us as a business. There are some amazing features/automation this company offers which makes the day to day running of our business as easy as can be and has prevented us from losing customers out of hours. 5 star company and are always available if we have any questions!
