I honestly can't explain how much Naomi's coaching changed my life! She was patient, controlled my rambling and helped me to make sense of everything during a really overwhelming point in my life. I looked forward to our sessions and considering I struggle to choose what to eat for each meal, I thought I would be uncoachable, but Naomi was able to pick up on the things I couldn't and help me to work through them. Naomi is a curious person, great active listener and challenging when it comes to solving problems. I asked her help with regards my career change and she helped me to elaborate the short term and long term activities to achieve my goal. Though I was focused on business coaching she explored that some of my life habits are hindering me achieving my goals so she even helped me with healthy habits to manage my sleeping issues or time management issues. My experience of coaching has changed positively since the last time I did coaching [with someone else]. You made me feel safe and comfortable to share.
It added value - I started journalling again, listing my achievements and making time for relaxation. Journalling is helping me to be more present each day rather than being anxious about things I can't control.
You helped me become more reflective on small wins, which was one of my goals, and also focus on self-care.
The session same time most weeks also helped with my routine. I would definitely do coaching with you again.

I feel listened to and comfortable in sharing my opinion and personal information. I received some interesting inputs and it gave me the opportunity to do some self-reflection also outside the coaching sessions. I feel my goals are more defined. I love the fact that you really listen and hear what I'm saying - something which is very important for me is being heard. I don't need someone to agree with me on everything I say but I do need someone who acknowledges what I've said and how it makes me feel - you do this perfectly.

You challenge in a sensitive way. If there is anything which I am uncomfortable with or do not want to be challenged on, you're respectful and we can park that for the time being.

I feel very in control of what we talk about, I can share as much or as little as I want and feel that I can trust you completely.

The coaching has definitely added value to my development and also my perception of myself.

I want people to succeed and to have more positive mindsets about themselves and the options available to them. So, if it's a personal or professional challenge that's holding them back, I enjoy helping them to explore their potential. I support individuals to unpick challenges they are facing and find the solutions that work for them.

I'm an open and naturally inquisitive person. I ask questions to support individuals to get to the bottom of whatever they are facing and explore solutions to be the best they can be. I create a confidential and non-judgemental space. My role as a coach is not to provide the answers, but to use my coaching skills to help clients discover their own solutions.
I'm a working parent to young twin daughters, so appreciate the challenge of juggling work and life. I started my career at a disability charity and currently work for a mental health foundation as their Head of Impact and Effectiveness. I am also the diversity, equity and inclusion lead for my team. I am passionate about inclusion, supporting people to address barriers and continuously improving practices to create positive change.

Online coaching is available worldwide over Teams.
Face-to-face coaching is available at Therapy Rooms, 10 Genotin Terrace, Enfield EN1 2AF or nearby.
