An Amazing Professional Who Goes Above and Beyond!
I have used Mr copper across four jobs this year has been nothing short of fantastic.
He is not just skilled—he’s the kind of person who genuinely cares about his work and his clients.
Here’s a little about the work he’s done for us:
Boiler repair and refitting: He came out quickly when we were in a tough spot, and not only did he fix the issue, but he also explained everything along the way so we understood what was happening.
Gas fire installation: This was one of the hardest jobs, and we’d been quoted over 8-10k by others to get it done. Mr. Copper took on the challenge with patience, creativity, and incredible skill. He spent hours and days making sure everything was perfect and safe, and he didn’t charge a penny extra for the extra time it required. He truly worked wonders, turning something others deemed “too complicated” into a beautiful and functional result—all for a fair price.
Bathroom fixture installation: Again, he was prompt, tidy, and meticulous, ensuring everything was installed perfectly.
Heating repair and new radiator fitting: On this job, his attention to detail really shone. He made sure every part of the system worked efficiently and saved us money by sourcing reasonably priced materials.
What I love most about Mr. Copper is his dedication. He doesn’t leave until the job is done and done right. He’s the kind of tradesperson who treats your home like it’s his own—never cutting corners, always looking for ways to save you money, and doing everything with a smile.
The negative review mentions lateness and lack of follow-through, which doesn’t align with anything I’ve experienced. Every time I’ve hired Mr. Copper, he’s been communicative, punctual (even coming on short notice!), and utterly professional. Even when a job took longer than expected, he stayed late to finish and didn’t charge extra for the time.
I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my plumbing, heating, or gas work now, and I’ve already recommended him to friends and family.

Although prompt to reply and professional in its outlook, I found them totally unorganized and geared towards big jobs that bring greater financial rewards and if you have a job that takes from 45 minutes to 1.
30 minutes to complete , you will be bypassed. I had to suffer with my family in the cold house over the weekend because copper could not pick up a part and replace it although I had a booking with them and he saw the work , it just did not get done , our appointment for 5 pm , he came at 6.30 pm. Having seen the fault he left without putting the boiler cover back on the boiler.
The next day , we were thinking that he would pick up the diverter value, I found myself part doing the job for him locating the part number and suggesting where to buy it.
Having contacted me to say he located the part , he did not show up at 6.30 pm appointment time.
when questioned when will the job get done, there was no answer.
Eventually I got an answer telling me that possibly Tuesday the work could get completed, this is after contacting copper on Thursday, 5 day to do a job that would take 1hr and 30 minutes maximum to complete. At my premises seeing the job was very basic and not generating high financial gains suggested I change my boiler for a new one when really it just needed a part replaced.
A simple job ended up with a back and forth with no outcome.
There in it for the money only and customer care seems to be not a high priority.
AVOID THEM.

Absolutely the best service EVER.
I had a terrible blockage with my bath that the council refused to fix and it made me very depressed because it was due to the wearing down of piping but COOPER PLUMBING came and saved the day like a real life superhero.
Amazingly fast response from query, made the extra effort to come and do the job same day. He was so helpful, courteous, polite, clean and FAST!! A problem which had me suffering for months was resolved in 45 minutes!!

I had a problem with my boiler and at a point the boiler picked up after booking an appointment, but still showing faulty A21 on the boiler.
The staff was kind to informed that it's the thermostat battery that needs changing and help talked through over the phone. When some were requesting £80 call out fees.
