How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?
The first step truly understanding our 'WHY'. On the surface it can be answered very simply, but this is most likely not the final answer. Once we delve a little deeper we can truly get to grips with why we are looking to achieve this goal.
We then have a huge amount of motivation to tap into at any time. It's at that point that we have the key to achieving any fitness goal we want.
What’s the secret to getting the body of your dreams?
I prefer to move knowing there is no real secret. If we knuckle down, follow valid research & remain consistent, disciplined and accountable, we can get any body we dream of.
What do you love most about your job?
That I am guiding people to make real changes to their life for the better, through realistic actionable steps. There is nothing more rewarding for me than knowing I have made a difference in someone's life!
What inspired you to start your own business?
From a very young age, I learnt how vital an active lifestyle really is. That understanding grew into a passion. And that passion led me into higher education, completing a BSc (Hons) in Fitness & Personal Training in 2017.
In 2016, I broke my leg in 2 places whilst in my last year of university. I was bed bound for weeks. Unable to train for months. I saw the affect of my mind and body. That experience concreted how much I believe we all need exercise.

My workout mentor service starts with a 2-week onboarding, including an initial triage & assessment, fitness testing + foundational movement training (if needed). Following this, you'll receive a custom-designed monthly training plan to follow on your own schedule, weekly check-ins to review progress and provide feedback on your physique, integrated nutrition coaching, and agreed-upon accountability systems to keep you on track.
