Excellent job done by Lee he cleaned out our gutters that due to pigeons continually on our roof our gutters were full of pigeon poo with the gutters almost collapsing from the weight I really don’t believe anyone other than Lee would have tackled this job he persevered and succeeded even cleaning the outer gutters. Our roof was very mossy and the gutters were desperate needing to be cleared. The service provided by Andrew and Mark from Central Beds was exceptional from start to finish. A quick response to our initial quote request, followed by fixing a date to suit us and a very reasonable price for the work to be done- a roof clean and treatment. Both Andrew and Mark were professional and very efficient, they were easy to chat to and we were very impressed with their work ethic. The work was completed promptly and we were amazed by the finished result. The roof is now completely clear of moss and is restored to it's original colour-it looks like new!! Fantastic service from Will of My Property Pros Buckingham from start to finish. I contacted them regarding a complete external clean and received a response extremely quickly. I was offered a free no obligation assessment and quote for the work. Will came over and explained all of the different services they were able to offer and assessed the areas needing cleaning. He was extremely professional and filled me with confidence that they would do a thorough job. Once I received the quote it was very easy to book in a day and time and on the day the team arrived promptly and did an excellent job. We also chose to have our conservatory cleaned both inside and out, they went above and beyond and even removed some old blinds for me as part of the valet. James came to the property a couple of weeks before his actual appointment so that we could discuss what he could do. There was a fair amount of work so on the day arranged James cracked on with the job and didn’t top until it was complete which took all afternoon. What a fantastic job the lads from the Newport franchise did on Wednesday. They removed the moss from the roof and cleaned the facias and guttering. It was such an awkward and difficult roof as it was a low pitch and the back of the house slopes away, so they used their drone for guidance. As they said, no job is too difficult for them. What do you love most about your job?
Providing customers with a reliable service and making sure that customer service is held to a high standard. I love meeting with customers and being able to offer them an amazing service especially if they have had a bad experience in the past. Being able to help people who need work done to make their homes look amazing who maybe don't have the time or don't have the equipment to minimise the risk of doing such cleans.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started My Window Cleaner because of my own frustration with finding a reliable window cleaner who consistently worked to high standards. I offer window cleaning, gutter clearance and jet washing with a reminder email in advance of every visit and extremely high standards, guaranteed.
Local community is important to me and I pride myself on being professional yet friendly. Customer service has always been my number one priority.

I pride myself on giving my customers great customer service and offer our services using state of the art systems and equipment. I'm proud to provide a professional and 100% guaranteed service, if my customers are not happy then I'm not happy. I provide a reliable service where I'll always email my customers to let them know when I'll be coming and once a job is complete they'll recieve a paperless invoice letting them know when I have been.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I do not require any social contact with my customers. It's always beneficial to meet in person to begin our relationship, however I will always follow social distancing guidlines. With the water fed system that I use there is very minimal need, if any, to physically touch a customers property. I sanitise my hands before and after each customer visit and carry gloves and masks in the van if needed.
