A message received from Property Pros advising us that it was our turn on the rota for our first window clean after having our roof cleaned way back at the end of November, which transformed our very mossy roof to its near new condition. Mark arrived and did a very thorough job on cleaning the windows. I was curious as to why the windows weren’t dried afterwards but was reminded that because pure water is used it doesn’t leave marks on the window once it dries so eliminates the need for drying. His work was outstanding ,he done everything, even the edging stones, turned out they were grey with a red speckle. Who knew, I thought they were black. The whole house front and back looks fab. As for customer service he was fantastic ! From start to finish we could not have asked for any more. Very friendly and professional. He visited us to give us a quotation which was received very quickly. He explained the whole process in great detail so we understood how it all worked.He was punctual every day that he was with us and kept us up to date at all times. Saw this company do a great job clean the roof of moss from a neighbouring property so booked them to do ours. Probably 50 years of moss on the roof tiles which had been falling into the gutter blocking them and the down pipes as well as falling onto the decking making it very slippery. Chris came on time worked professionally and tidily. Job completed in a day including cleaning out the gutters and downpipes. Cleaned fascia boards and windows after as well. What do you love most about your job?
Providing customers with a reliable service and making sure that customer service is held to a high standard. I love meeting with customers and being able to offer them an amazing service especially if they have had a bad experience in the past. Being able to help people who need work done to make their homes look amazing who maybe don't have the time or don't have the equipment to minimise the risk of doing such cleans.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I started My Window Cleaner because of my own frustration with finding a reliable window cleaner who consistently worked to high standards. I offer window cleaning, gutter clearance and jet washing with a reminder email in advance of every visit and extremely high standards, guaranteed.
Local community is important to me and I pride myself on being professional yet friendly. Customer service has always been my number one priority.

I pride myself on giving my customers great customer service and offer our services using state of the art systems and equipment. I'm proud to provide a professional and 100% guaranteed service, if my customers are not happy then I'm not happy. I provide a reliable service where I'll always email my customers to let them know when I'll be coming and once a job is complete they'll recieve a paperless invoice letting them know when I have been.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I do not require any social contact with my customers. It's always beneficial to meet in person to begin our relationship, however I will always follow social distancing guidlines. With the water fed system that I use there is very minimal need, if any, to physically touch a customers property. I sanitise my hands before and after each customer visit and carry gloves and masks in the van if needed.
