Speaking to different people from different businesses every day and helping them find their perfect office space.
Also the team at My Next Office is very small but with big ambitions, so we go out of our way to provide excellent customer service which is something we all love to give.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I would have to say we have always been self employed and have had a few businesses over the years which have not worked out. Our background is commercial property so we decided to stick with what we know best and so My Next Office was born.
Why should our clients choose you?
The main reason customers should choose us is that we personalise our service to you. Many of our competitors just fire out customers contact details to every office provider they can in the hope that something sticks. This means the customers phone is a hot line for days and we know how frustrating that can be. My Next Office are like a shield! We receive the calls and filter out the space that may be of interest to the customer. Only when the customer books the viewing will we hand over contact details with that space provider.

Our service is mainly via phone, email and texts. Where we can, we like to meet our customers but with recent events, that has been difficult.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Any viewings we set up for customers have been at covid safe locations. Although rules have now been relaxed, we still encourage customers to wear masks when viewing and maintain distancing.
